Pumpkin protein cereal bars

These are packed with fiber and protein!

What you will need:

2 cups fiber one cereal

2 cups Trader joe’s pumpkin O’s

1/2 bag Pumpkin marshmallows

2 T coconut oil

1 scoop HIT supps Pumpkin Protein powder

Directions:

First melt the coconut butter in a sauce pan and then add marshmallows until the melt and turn to goo. Make sure the do not burn! Then quickly add the cereals and the powder and stir until evenly combined. I like to spray PAM on my hands and combine that way. Next just pour contents into a pan and let cool for a few minutes. you could also get cookie cutters and makes shapes with them :)
