Pumpkin protein donut holes

Who doesn’t love donuts?! These were a fun treat and made my day. A little different texture but I love them.

 

What you need:

1/8 cup coconut flour

1/8 cup almond flour

1 scoop HIT supps Pumpkin Protein Powder

1/4 cup pumpkin puree

1/2 t baking powder and baking soda

1 t pumpkin pie spice

2 egg whites

1/4 cup almond milk

3 T low calorie maple syrup

1 t vanilla extract

Combine all and place in donut hole baking dish, or mini muffin tray.

Bake at 325 for 2o minutes. Keep an eye on them.

When they are done take them out and you can roll them in a cinnamon and stevia mixture for extra fun!
