Peak Week plans!
The time has come and now I am less then a week out from my third show of the year. I am very excited to bring this package to the stage. I am equally excited to start reverse dieting and getting my metabolism back to normal and hopefully above that. I worked very hard this show and have been dieting very low for far too long. Time to get some energy back in me so I can get back to living a normal healthy life…and fight training of course.
Life has been moving very fast and my head hasn’t been on straight. I’m too tired and run down to do anything anymore. Prep for shows is hard but when you diet for too long and diet too low, it gets even harder. You become depressed and emotional. My body is so out of whack I just cant wait to be normal.
…But back to peak week. I plan on pretty much coasting into this show Saturday. I am keeping water at a gallon until the day before then just sips on show day. I also wont be carb loading this time on Friday. The past two shows I did that made me very bloated. What I am doing instead is slowly upping my Carbs and then show day will be just rice cakes carbs. They are easier to digest and recently I have been having trouble processing food. Like any and all foods…:(
So all of that plus I cut out supplements and soda water. I wanted to cut my diet down as much as possible to get rid of any chemicals that cause bloat.
