Whole 30 challenge!!
In case you haven’t figured it out, I am a sugar addict. Even natural or fake sugar I love and use it in almost every meal.Plus I almost always have a sweet tooth after meals and am chewing gum all day long. This has made me aware of the fact I probably should try to fix my cravings.
…This is where the Whole30 came into play. I love challenges and this seemed the perfect one for the month of February. I am pretty creative in the kitchen so this will be a great way to experiment. So far I am on day two and miss stevia in coffee real bad! But I’ll live!
If you want to find out more about the Whole30 I suggest their website. It is a super strict paleo type diet basically, but when I say strict I mean it.
Bonus:
I am also starting prep for the spring season. I think I will be doing a show April 4th but that could potentially change. Right now that is the goal!
