Today is Friday October 2nd. Tomorrow I compete in the Crush Games Samson games event in Miami.

…I’m damn nervous.

This event will be the biggest competition I have ever done. Also the first strongman type event I have done.

I have spent months and monrhs training for this moment.   I even invested in an amazing coach who has been ridiculously helpful and motivating. Now I just need to keep my chin up and kick ass tomorrow.

I am hoping to at least be top ten…. Buuut we will see!
