So here I am….5 days out from my first bikini competition.
I’m super excited and can’t wait for this Sunday. Totally new to the bikini scene but not new to health and fitness. Although cutting this many calories seems to really be hurting me and I know its “part of the game” but I’m switching to IIFYM next week to start my next show prep. Spirit of America here I come!!
I look great but feel tired. Dropping my calories so drastically was not good for me. I am more of a balanced eater. Always clean foods but I make them tasty and fun. So although it was fun to do a traditional approach, I’m doing it differently next time.
